Q: Can I talk to Coach Julie?

A: Yes! Just send a message through the contact form and we will set up a 15min call. 

 

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Yes! Within the first 48 hours of purchase all refund requests will be honored. After that time refunds will not be possible, as all funds are put into the program. 

 

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

A: Yes! If you purchase 8 or more 1 on 1 hours at once, a discount of 10% will be applied. 

 

Q: Do you take Financial Assistance vouchers?

A: Nope.  This is a small intimate Club and we want to retain our independent vibe. 

 

Q: How do I pay for a service?

A: Send message through contact form to make sure we are a good fit. Then a link will be provided.

A: Coach Julie has 15+ years of experience serving the Special Needs community. Please check out the Bio section for more detailed information. 

 

Q: Why do you do this?

A: Serving this population brings me great joy and I feel very called to do it. I love facilitating fun and giving the care givers a much deserved respite!
